Teacher Toolbox

I have been such a slogger lately.  Slogger = slacker blogger.  (Yes, I just made that up.)  One thing I DID actually accomplish over the summer, though, was to make my very own teacher toolbox!  I got suckered in by all the cute photos on Pinterest and just couldn’t resist the trend anymore.  Here’s how mine turned out:

I was pretty happy with it!  I used mod podge to glue on the labels to the outside of the drawers, but I think tape would work just as well.  The toolbox is from Home Depot, but I’ve seen that Lowe’s and other home improvement stores have variations on this type.

You can grab a free copy of the labels I used:  click HERE.
Sorry they’re not editable – I don’t use Microsoft Word so they needed to be in a PDF.  Hope you enjoy!

Where did you purchase your teacher toolbox?

From all the reviews I have read, they say that this storage box isn’t deep enough to hold pencils – how do you fit pencils in it?

I also couldn’t resist any longer! I ordered a teacher’s toolbox and should be receiving it soon. These labels will look great because it’s the color scheme that I’m using this year! Thank you so much! 🙂

Alison,

Thank you so much for creating these awesome labels! I just bought a teacher toolbox and love this color scheme! Would you mind sharing where you found the background plaid theme? I’d love to use that to create some other teacher materials so everything matches! 🙂

Thank you
